App Store terms
Apps downloaded through the Apple App Store are also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where these Terms conflict with Apple's terms for App Store purchases, Apple's terms govern that purchase.
Intellectual property
All content, design, and software associated with our apps and website are owned by Tiny Dev Studio LLC or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or redistribute them without our permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
Our apps and website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that our apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
